**UPDATE**: Re drawn. I know I do this a lot, but, the anatomy needed improvement, and I decided to give him a sweater instead of a t-shirt.I forgot to spell check it. Oops D:
Ah, haven't done one of these in a while.
This is Rooti, he will be replacing Cyon because Cyon was a jackass and had too much of a typically emo tough guy air about him and I just didn't like it.
Rooti kind of reminds me of a lamb for some reason... I love him lots
He really doesn't LOOK like one of the most powerful people in all of 4th Wall, but, he is.
