At first I thought it the tea cup and saucer DID look like a top hat! It didn't occur to me that it was a tea cup and saucer until I read your description! It reminds me of Alice in Wonderland with the White Rabbit's pocket watch and Mad Hatter's top hat.

What I saw here initially was a woman's chest with an historical collar around her neck (elizabethian/victorian?) and a necklace. Did not, as comments suggest, see the top hat right off. I do see the top hat now, though.

top hat, yeah^w^
Actually when I saw it in as a thumb link I thought it was something Mad-hatter/Alice in wonderland -ish, cause of the tea cup looking like a top hat, and the pendant looked like a pocket watch, like the one the white rabbit has got.
