To me, his expression is a combination of three:
Evil-that smirk is so adorable-, distracted-well, with his body how could you not be-, and determined.
(Pushes Ezlo to the side and hangs over Vaati's shoulder)

His expression seems a bit mixed to me. He's flashing his evil grin, yet is distracted by his reflection in the mirror and thinks "damn...i'm sexy"
