Description
Being water themed, I thought it would be cool to give him abilities that differ from Ray and that are based off of real aquatic animals. One of them is the bubble rings that cetaceans make for fun. He uses them underwater as defense/offense and can only do it underwater.
He also doesn't have a blowhole so yeah, he uses his mouth lol

He also can also use an ability similar to that of a pistol shrimp in that he can snap his fingers with such speed that it creates an extremely fast, hot collapsing bubble that can stun enemies. This is another ability that's restricted to underwater environments.

Of course, there's also an ability like that of the electric eels. It can be weak enough to stun or powerful enough to finish enemies. It doesn't travel, so he does have to be touching the target for it to work.

Like the archerfish, he can spit streams of water (is there a better way to phrase that lol) but it's more of a distraction than an actual attack. Another water restricted attack but he doesn't need to be in or submerged. He just needs to have enough to spit.

So, he's not nearly as powerful on land and you could even go as far as to say he's almost useless on land, but when he's in his element, that's where he really shines. He can still punch and kick but not nearly as well as Ray.
