Hoho! I actually finished it! Granted it's like 5:30 in the morning but whatever, the comic is my relaxation activity.
Anyway, I decided that after all the major emo-ness going on in previous pages I'd do something a little happier. Don't worry, we'll be back to our regularly scheduled gloom 'n doom in no time. But for now, I hope you can all delight in the first page of the first chapter! AND practically no text, woot! Just where are our intrepid heroes headed? You'll just have to wait and see

Is this a different MR team? I see a tusked worm, a classical baddie in the series, the tiger is actually smiling(!) and those at the rear of the pic, haven't the foggiest.

No, this is the same team from the prologue. I think they were Harley-Folkes (Ripper type), Dott-Protoant (Antlan Type) these are newer monsters from MR4 games.

Awww, I love your Folkes. I think its a Folkes...I haven't played MR in a while. ^_^ And I had an Assassiripper. Rippers are such bitchin monsters. And tigers and worms and antlans of course.

Thanks! You're right it is a Folkes, one of my favorite Ripper breeds. They're very cool, second only to Tigers for me.

Yeah, I have such a soft spot for rippers. And oddly enough I love Centurions (Beaklon/Durahan). I think thats just cause I happen to have one that I've had since I started my MR4 game and he's somehow still kicking...^_~

Its one of the Beaklons (the giant hercules beetles) from MR4 bred with a Durahan. So its like a giant armor beetle of doom! You can always find pics on [link] or other sites like it. ^_^ And yeah, Rippers are just such fun.

Yup. Big giant buzzing beetles of doom. And they're pretty huge, so riding them makes you look very tiny by comparison. ^_^

Heh, as I was telling Frozen-Empire above Harley actually isn't a hare (if he was then yeah I agree, weird lookin!). He's really a Ripper breed and his subtype is a hare, hence the long ears and hare type colors. They're like tigers and are built for speed. Sorry for the mix up.

Rippers are from the 4th game, so relatively new breed. They are very cool monsters with quick and deadly attacks. I really like raising them with Tigers. They are also good monsters and train hard.

Ah, it seems some people are confused about Harley. He's not actually a Hare but a Ripper breed (these are from MR 4 and not the original MR series). Out of my stupidity it appears that he's hopping around in the page but he's really supposed to be like leaping I guess. Sorry for the little clarification
