Soft-shaded chibi commission for 157DECDragon of FA of his scalesona, Blue!

Lo, a rarely seen chibi piece by me!  Yes, I indeed do take these guys as commissions!  It's been way too long since I've done one of these guys, and I had a blast working on him!  I loved doing him in soft shading, too - it let me bring in more realistic details.
