~~~Epic Scene Commission for MavWolf of FurAffinity of his fursona in dragon form, taking on the fire head-first!
Bam-bam, this piece was /wicked/ fun to work on! I really wanted to emphasize the intensity and strain of Mav as he leaps straight into the flames, ready to light it up some more or preparing himself for the scorching onslaught as he goes to rescue a poor, trapped traveler. The blue 'lightning' emanating from his spine is reminiscent of Toothless' alpha form, showing just how much power Mav is using. I'm super happy with the composition, and I think this is one of my coolest backgrounds - and pieces overall - to date.
