~~~Part 2/2 of a gradient-shaded comish for - this time a sponsored commission of a desert phoenix for myself since the forest phoenix is for Rykaran. ^^
I love how the shades/colours turned out on this one - playing around with some feather-shading techniques. Also some texture practice.
Frame effect background just for hecks.

And sort of - mostly just the colours, but some features like the teal stripe on the beak, the eye colour, and the claws are the same on the puppet. ^^ Her name is Isis.

Ah interesting. You are very talented and creative, i think i wouldn't have the nerve for making a puppet, or even the nerves to try to learn it.
