Depression is less of an intense sadness and more like an intense emptiness. The highs and lows of life reach a baseline. Feelings and emotions struggle to find there way into the mind of the person. We often times find sadness, however because it's much easier to find than happiness.

Yet as you receive help, whether that be on your own or with another a walk begins. This walk takes us beyond the garden of monotony, and guides us down to the variations of life. This walk is slow, and in many places along it's path we stumble and stop, but in time we shall reach colorful garden of life. To bask in it's sensations.
