This is actually pretty good, though the facial expression doesn't look good scrunch, unless one of those pigeons were in her face. The bottom of her shoe could use a bit of texture. The left leg, Derpy's right leg, looks a tad bit off, and need to be a bit longer.

Otherwise this would be perfec, but as it is, it's really good.

Naah, I can point out a lot more flaws in this drawing than that.. didn't even finish the drawing..!
I was planning to, but due to personal circumstances I was unable to commit sufficient resources to complete this digital imaging process and quit in the middle of it.

I wasn't going to mention how many textures seemed missing. The tree looks alright, but it also looks unfinished, but those are just things I can see at a glance.
I'm sure you know the ins and outs of what you did and didn't do, but from my stand point those are the only glaring issues.
