Well, looking at how inactive I am, and people doesn't have any interest to this anymore,
I might as well tell you, then..

It was Trixie who did it!
Trixie discovered that the Alicorn Amulet she had some time ago was crafted by the Night Princess herself..!
For what purpose, only Luna knows it.. and she keeps her mouth shut about it..

Later, Trixie also discovered that Luna has a hobby of crafting trinkets, amulets, talismans, pendants
and give them a bit of her power, so whoever wears them granted the powers they contain..

Being the first -other than Celestia- to know about it, Luna allowed Trixie to try her new Star Pendant and let her set up the stars for tonight!
But unfortunately, Trixie didn't know any star constellations, and first thing that came to her mind was Twilight Sparkle.
So she tried to arrange the stars like how she thought Twilight would do. But apparently, she made a tiny little mistake..

I have found the true answer! In the fourth star group, 5th column from the left and 7 rows down. It was that start that organized his or her brethren or or sister-ren in these very organized groups. Because secretly plan to assault Equestria and take over! Luckily for all the ponies there, the stars are many light-years away and it will take a long time.

And now you are confused after reading my perfectly reasonable explanation. Well it makes sense... to an extent...
