bwah.. I can't design an EqG-standard outfit..so I was looking for images of Tootsie Flute on derpi, and I saw her EqG self as a teenager -despite being a filly in FiM, who is also called Petunia -probably because of her cutie mark (ha, reminds me of HTF), and I was like "what~..?"
but then I found out that the MLP wikia calls her Liza Doolots, based on a Collectible Card that features her.. still, it's unclear because sometimes her cutie mark is a pink flower, or an hourglass, or a purple horseshoe, or even blank flank..
well, in the end, I decided to just EqG-fy her myself..

Hasbro is confused! Even they don't know who she is! It's becoming her 'thing,' she has different CMs like Bon Bon has a different voice every time she talks. Maybe her special talent is to constantly change special talents. Like the cutie pox but one at a time. One day she's planting flowers, the next she's building giant robots... that or she has a split personality. I didn't notice that EG teenager looked so much like her until I went back to derpibooru and checked it out. I wonder if she is supposed to be her.
And there really aren't many EG Tootsie Flutes out there, you're actually the second I ever saw!

Heheh.. well, she's only a BG char, so I don't think even Hasbro care much about her..
But what you said there is quite interesting..! If that's the case, it means either she is a multi-talented pony/person or she's a magical embodiment of few talented ponies/people.. that's why her mark is changing from one to another..!
I still don't think that teenager is actually her EG version, though.. that EG person is also called Aqua Blossom, so I don't think it's her..
Anyway, yeah I noticed that too..! I only saw that one and only drawing of EqG-fied Tootsie Flute on derpii.. hahah..! But, who knows, maybe there's more EqG Tootsie Flute drawings out there..!
