Heh, uploaded because I felt like it.

This, you see, is AJ on her hoverboard, doing some sort of backflip thingy.

That line is the horizon line that I was thinking of using.

Okay, nevermind why AJ is doing a backflip over the city that isn't there yet, this is probably the most fun I've had in a long time doing lineart.

Sort of a test. A test in perspective, faces, hair, lineart, angle. AND SO MUCH FUN. I did a horizontal reflection to lineart most of her face, 90 degree rotation clockwise in order to do her hair, normal to do her shoes, 90 clockwise to do her shirt. WOW.

I started this sketch out of boredom yesterday. I've actually drawn AJ sooo many times on plain paper, but I've never lined her digitally (well, xept for a horrible ref attempt a long time ago, and her hair was styled differently) AND HER BANGS ARE SO MUCH FUN
they take up three of their own layers

And about the proportion? Just pretend I did it on purpose. That's what perspective's for, isn't it?

oh yeah, the whole big canvas is 8000x8000px, I'm just using a 3000x2000 portion of it. I probably won't use the rest. But it is really nice to be able to move all over the place without running into an edge!
