Description
I was too lazy to transport this over USB to my hard drive. Also found gathering dust in my filesClass project. I can't decide whether to model this random design, or Breyog.

Ha! Loving the knot in the tail. She'd be pretty awesome to see in 3D.

which character are you using for your final model? I'm still debating between a few >>; haven't gotten to the design stage yet, though.

something simple, yet enjoyable would work. I say cartoonize a character, Imitate a style that looks good animated (check out Pixar character designs. They're surprisingly basic, considering their body shapes and flow lines)

I was thinking of using one of my Johnny the Homicidal Maniac characters; they're fairly simple, kind of lanky though. But i also wanted to use Kesi, but I doubt I'll do that since deforming serious type characters is really difficult. I'm leaning more towards my Jhonen Vasquez type designs because i kind of want to model the apartment from Zombies R Us for my imaginary environment...

Yup, an associates in modeling and animation. We focused more on 3Ds Max, but we did spend some time with Maya as well as ZBrush and Torque game engine.
The best part of 3D is being able to pull something out of your brain and bring it to life so quickly compared to other animation techniques. It's such a great feeling. I'm sure you'll love it when you get to animate your own characters.
