What up! Outfit three! Wow this one took a while. I designed this to be a ball outfit for one of my characters for a book I want to write. I'm just gonna say the ball this is getting used for is going to be based off of the "Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts" mission in Dragon Age: Inquisition because I can't think of awesome undercover parties like the DA creators. XD

And yeah you might notice I'm a sucker for Chinese collars and tailcoats.

Same rules as before:

1) It is absolutely free, no need to ask permission.
2) If you want to request an outfit, feel free to ask.
3) Give me a link so I can see your OC in the outfit.
4) Feel free to color the clothes however you wish. I left them blank for that reason.
