I've had this idea in my head for a while, and finally got it on paper. ^^

The girls name is Toadette. She's a Mario Character that first came in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. Or was it in Mario Kart: Double Dash?...Blah, who cares? She's like a Toad in girl-form. ;3
I really like her, she's cute and one of my favorite characters. But I wanted to make her look more human, so I made her a child ( Or are the Toads children? They are so small and sounds like kids...>_>' ) who's swimming and sees a Cheep Cheep (lol, a fish ).

I'm really proud of this one, it really looks like she's underwater. Maybe the shading became wrong, but I don't really care. Oh, and one of my friends (she's not a member on dA) came up with how it would look like she's under the water. And I used a brush from [link] to make a shimmer effect. Actually it is a rain brush, but it worked well anyway. ^^
