Me in my interpretation of Miyu, from "Vampire Princess Miyu" manga.This is the manga version, with white kimono dress and red belt
.I'm so much happy for this great photoset in woods and by lake, finally I got some amazing pics in a great location for my Miyu

Yep, you're right 
For Miyu I needed the woods to create a shooting with the proper atmophere.
My friend who took me this pics lives in a little town on the Lago Maggiore and there's this other lake, Lago d'Antrona, surrounded by woods not so far from
This day in particular ther was not very good weather, it rained and stopped, rained and stopped, rained and stopped all the day 
And, as if we were on mountains altitude, there were this amazing very very low clouds and mist: that was absolutely perfect for Miyu, 'cause the background is almost always woods with mist and such a dreamlike atmosphere in the manga.
So I HAD to shoot with my Miyu cosplay there

Yeah, if I have the chance, I have so much fun creating more photography art with the right location and the right atmosphere for the caracter
I like it much more than going to conventions, even if going to conventions is so much fun for contests and staying with friends in a more easy way

Yeah, I think I know what you mean. Going to conventions is a lot of fun but not always suitable for taking photos. I really wish to shoot some of my cosplays at a photo location since almost all of my cosplay pics were taken on conventions. Hope I will be able to improve this next year.

Pensa che in realtà sotto il masso (praticamente dove c'è il taglio della foto) c'era la collina digradante, per cui di fatto c'era il prato
Sembro in cima al mondo, ma non è vero LOL
Anche se comunque un salto di un paio di metri almeno c'era comunque
