He doesn't have it as good as we think
The adults in their town are idiots(they once sent all their kids away fearing strangers, started world war 3 because their kids picked up bad words from a movie etc), cartmans mom has been designated as town whore, he was the outcome of an affair, unknowingly killed his own dad as a elaborate revenge scheme on his half brother, got aids from a blood mixup a for his tonsillectomy. If he was more aware to his world he would have gained depression at his age.
