This was supposed to be the cover for a Chinese BL novel. But it got rejected.
"Too dark, not pretty enough." 
Gah, so much time wasted. I'm really sorry for disappointing everyone. >___< Hyo~ I'm working on a new one! By the way, I added the spattery text and border just now. *___* In any case, I rather like the guy at the back... I just might adopt the couple. XDD So silly~ I have to try harder! Ganbarimasuuu~~~

I've been a fan of the general "manga/anime" style for some time now, but only recently have I begun to actually study the diversity inherent to it all. This particular genre, a sort of bishounen/yaoi I believe, has particularly captivated me. your artwork is incredible, and this example really jumps out at me. I unerstand (or at least hope I do) the concept of a "prettier" or more "feminine" uke (is that the word? Im so terribly noobish at this whole thing XD) paired with a more masculine, perhaps less pretty opposite. It reminds me of my real life relationship. XD
I suppose I'd be the (un)attractive one in that measure. *falls over laughing*
In any case, I really like this piece and I hope you don't mind that I started watching you. Please keep up the great work!
