I bought everything. The hat and bag I bought together online from esty.com
The wig I used was one from party city and then I cut it up... a lot. lol

XD Well my friend can sew soo she is comming over today to make the hat and bag and i already am a blonde ;3 but i am looking up all the teen stores (areo, abercrombie,ect) and i can't find any thing sept the socks from spencers and the shoes i might use flats so did u find the skirt an shirt at certain stores or already have them i sorry i just love ur cosplay u look... SO LEGIT

(but I bought the socks in a store and they were in blue and white like I have. What I did to get rid of the third stripe was that I just folded it so that it only shows two lines.)
Skirt - Either I got this one [link] or this one [link] .
(The skirts basically both the same. Obviously, whatever color you like best, pick one. I believe I got the one in the second link because what I did when I found it in the store was just folded it down and covered my shirt over it.)
I bought the shirt online, I forgot where I got it though.
