My half of a trade with my good ole friend FlameWingsDawnslight of her character Kei and the oh so handsome Hiwatari Kai!
I have to say that it has been FOREVER since I drew Kei. At least a couple years. So it was really nice to get to draw her again.
The scene before you is something I came up with that I thought would be really cute. Unfortunately I am not entirely sure
what happened to result in Kei ending up in Kai's arms like that but I am assuming it was some kind of battle judging by Kai's
roughed up and stoic sort of look. Originally I was planning on giving them speech bubbles but the absence of words works better.

I am also a stupid idiot because I forgot Kei's arm accessories and the studded straps around her boots. I just noticed
this as I was uploading so I am going to say they came off in whatever battle just happened...or she took them off. IDK.
You can decide what happened in the end. I am really very sorry about that!

This was also a test run to a new shading style I have been practicing. I decided to implement it with this piece, so I hope that's okay.
I do think it came out rather well. I am super proud of this!
