At least the cat didn't take the bait. Jasper's adorable...
As for Pitch, he looks just about bored enough to attempt anything for a little amusement.
Pitch: "We all need a little entertainment now and then, don't we?"

Well... that makes one of us. I found it quite interesting.
I have a feeling that Pitch is quite like Jack in that sense. Except Jack doesn't have Pitchy as a test subject. (You know, for... 'Black Magic.'
I wonder how both Pitchy and Jasper would react to a bright red light. Or any bright light. Cats tend to go crazy after it.

my tumblr friends and discord friends that he is the 'Derp Baby'.
Nah, I like to imagine Jack would rather see how long it times
for Pitchy to learn not to stand under snow covered trees.
Oh, Jasper would have the same typical behavior as some cats,
Pitchy would be the one dashing through the house trying to catch
the light all a while questioning what is life.
Well, understandably, people just sometimes happen to fall under that term, whether accidentally or otherwise. May not be the most quick-witted ones, but they are amusing to watch...
Yeah, but the goal is the same and the victim is the same too.
Oh, I would love to see that. Jasper watching it amused, but no, he isn't the one chasing it like mad. He looks at it and once he's had enough, he'll go back to cleaning himself. Meanwhile Pitchy proves Pitch's hypothesis right yet again.

The best part is for most cats, putting a sheet of paper on an open floor WILL attract them and urge them to sit upon it. XD
And Pitch (and all his personas) are just huge cat hater's cats.

Just cause the idea of Pitch laying on the couch with a cat sleeping on him
and him going 'Guess I'll die' cause he low-key don't wanna wake the kitty.
