Description
One of my portfolio requirements is to build a model of a chair out of cardboard. I was instanty excited, and started brainstorming my own monstrous throne. I decided to ask before I got carried away, seeing as I was thinking potentially way too far out of the box. Yup. No good. They're hoping for a more "modern" chair. Damn. At least it gives me a reason to update.Related content

oooh.. id like one.. for when i have my own place and i go totally all out goth design.
anyway i think that is a little lame for this art portfolio committe or whatever to restrict your creative vision. I wouldimagine your portfolio should reflect you... not what other people want to see.. ugh i am disgusted!

Well, one of the issues is that it's supposed to fit in a 6-inch cube, and the level of detail I want would be a pain. Also, the mostly made of cardboard issue. Yup. So I'll just have to shatter their vision by twisting what they hoped for once more. It'd probably be better anyways. Instead of making something that loosely resembles a chair, I'll go and corrupt their vision of mundane seating devices. Maybe this will be some kind of mouth-chair. *shrugs*
