Nice transition into more skin depth. The background looks good, the bubbles are probably some effervescence that comes from the mind while it(she) waits with apprehension.
Her left shoulder looks a bit darker than the rest of her body which is probably the sign of damage, perhaps overexposure to the sun.
Your tattoos are getting more intricate as well as the expressions are becoming much more complex.
Another beautiful work. There is a lot of meaning to be discovered in this piece, but less is more.
