your lines are sooo bold i love it! i think what would make it even better is if you have a range of darks and lights because right now it's a bit too dark. so if you add a bit of light to the reflection points it'll really make it stand out

Yeah true, they actually made him in a badass rather than that whimpy kid who use to always cry where you only saw slight glimpses of his real power. Perfect Cell was 1 of my all time favorite villains from the series though, gotta love being bad and using the enemy's own moves against them! XD

It's great to be smart which is what i am but like to be a badass too as you need both to make you a cool character i'd presume, lol but in regards to what you said well i have no problem they made Gohan a scientist like Bulma, what i didn't like was that they made him that way and he was no longer a Z fighter as it made his character diminish in the series and he always was a big part of the action!
Cell was a cool villain and i equally also favored Super Buu (when tall version obsorbed Gotenks & Piccalo) as to me he shared in a similar persona as cell you know...all ruthless but smart, sleek and stylish as a fighter with a hunger for battle and looking for an opponent worthy for him to test his strength on!!...God damn, can't believe i remember the saga so well, haha!
