The ghost is keith's (the guy in the pillow) ex girlfriend, and apparently she used to have bdsm with him, the rest would spoil the webcomic, read it, it's good (tho i don't know if this is canon in the 2kinds webcomic, i'm only basing on extras posted here on Da, bdsm and stuff are not really mentioned officially on it)

Laura being into BDSM wasn't canon to the main Twokinds webcomic. Tom himself has mentioned a few times before that it'd be pretty out of character for her.
