Most art is personal stuff, everyone likes to see different things. Twokinds just happens to be quite popular, so it probably triggered something in the current promotions algorithm.

Whilst this does a decent and heartwarming depiction of their first meeting, it is rather saddening looking at what was and knowing what will never be. But I guess those are the kind of sensations that these works sort of strive to provoke.

The perspective shot of on the top left corner should be from Laura's POV, Laura for one is super dead and lastly Kieth far more attractive.
Maybe not body wise, he looks malnourished all the time and it looks worse now because he's been out to see for who knows how long.
I once suggested more body definition for Kieth but I didn't mean his skeleton.
