Description
This is just a quicky I did inbetween drawing and inking today's comic. I guess I just got kinda sick of drawing battle poses and action scenes, so I decided my charactors deserved some time to relax. =^_^= If you can't tell, Flora and Trace are floating above the lake there, Trace using his powers to levitate them and Flora sorta laying on him for the ride.
You can blame this picture on Sophie B. Hawkins' song "as I lay me down to sleep." I was listening to that when I was trying to gain some inspiration. Oh, yeah, I finally did a background! It's a sign of the apocoplyse! ^^
Sketched with non-photo blue prismacolor pencils, cleaned up with an Epure eraser, and inked with Millenium pens. Scanned at 300 dpi, colored in Photoshop 5.5.

It seems that my surprise gift to flora worked out a lot better than i thought it would, especially since we are directly over the water, it shows that she really does trust me." I love you Flora." I said as she twitched her ear to hear me. "I know, and i love you too. Why do you think i let you pull me over the lake like this?"
I guess i should have known it was more than just trust she has for me

Tom i want to print a poster of this and have painted on my wall i will print no more than one so you don't have to worry about me selling them lol i just wanted it on my wall thats all then when i finish painting it i will shred the poster no harm no foul i hope you don't mind.

i can only explain this in 2 ways either flora pounced him and hes used to falling so trace says f trying to catch himself and hugs flora or.. trace is pro and decided to make them both huver
