I drew each frame then slapped them into Photoshop in an appropriate order so that if it were to move each frame after the next was the correct one. If you then go to file, save for web, a panel pops up and you have to check the animation box, and i set my speed (which the frame speed i believe is at the bottom of that window) and i changed it from .2 (my default speed) to .1 because .2 made it move too slow. There is a lot of experimenting involved and sadly when you have transparency or gradient on no background it doesn't properly shade it. That is why there are white pixels around the tail and paws for Zed, while the plain image has the original plain white blur. I recommend youtube videos because thats where i got help with the programs that were available to me .3.
