There are a few things i need to practice...its easy to draw every single part but when it comes to organize everything in one face than ich am pretty lost *lol*

You're really good, some mistakes happen ^^ I mostly notice mistakes after being finished and sometimes I notice something is wrong without knowing how to fix it just keep practicing, maybe look up some guidelines for how to place which part of the face Having them in mind is really useful.

Hehe yeah thank you... I mostly notice my mistakes when i look at the drawing a few weeks later... during drawing everything is perfect >.<

I am pretty bad on guidelines... I am drawing since alot of years and I still have no idea of the human anatomy... I am just drawing and hoping it turns out good  lol.

I also dont get to practice alot anymore since my litte girl is born <3
But i am always happy about some professional feedback ^^

I'm the opposite. I realize all the mistakes and almost never finish my art if it isn't a comission T_T 

Well, with your style, you don't need much anatomy a manikin is good to study for body anatomy and for faces, there are these: s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/o… . Not sure if you an use them for your style but knowing what the distances are supposed to look like is helpful.

I'm still trying to study as much as possible (well not much time either ) before developing a real style. My foundations are still too poor.
