Suijin, I've never heared it.
Fujin and Raijinγare some kind of Japanese old myth characters.
These two characters usually appear as pair.
But Suijin.. very interesting
I hope I will draw Suijin.

I know very well who Raijin and Fujin are^^
And Suijin is pretty close to them - u know, true storm need wind, thunders and... rain^^ Suijin isnt that popular like Raijin and Fujin (maby because of pretty good alignment...) but I like to draw them together (even they names are quite similar
