Based on a conversation between and myself. I don't know what she looks like, so I just drew average girl look for her. HOpe she doesn't mind.But there's me, and like it says, the theory is if one could catch Prowl in the correct mood, could you make his police car lights and sirens go off while he's in robot mode by doing certain "things" to him?
