Interesting set of sprites. And if those weapons she has are daggers, then I get the feeling I know where that idea came from. Though I do have a couple of things to ask.
1. Those purple boxes seems to indicate missing sprites. Do you know/remember what those sprites were of?
2. After looking through the official sprites of the party members, I couldn't help but notice that the sprite of Schala on her knees (on the behavior/emotion section of this sheet) very much resembles the official sprite of Lucca doing the same. There's no doubt some references to other party member sprites when making sprites of Schala as a proper party member, but correct me if I'm wrong, but the only time I remember that sprite of Lucca appearing in the game is when she's hugging Crono after the latter is revived on Death Peak (only if Marle is out of the party, as otherwise she'd be the one hugging Crono). Just thought I'd point that out and ask: what is/was the intention of that particular sprite of Schala (especially since it's mirrored as well, whereas the similar sprite of Lucca (and by extensions Marle) is not mirrored).

Wish these were used for Crimson Echoes. They were planing on making her a playable character in it, but then they didn't for some reason.

I think it may have had something to do with content restrictions, something about the original engine not supporting more than the existing seven party members or something. In retrospect I think I recall telling them to cut Marle, but they said I was nuts...

No, they were going to replace Ayla with her by killing Ayla off. But since Ayla is a fan favorite, that didn't go over so well with beta testers.
I love Ayla too, but I feel like the situation in which they presented her potential death was pretty dramatic and sad in a great way, and I would have been interesting to see. Also I love Schala even more than Ayla and would have loved to see her shine as a playable character.

If you change your mind... Just remember, I don't nessisarily need a master- it's okey if your stuff is a bit unpolished, I just need some friends to share the load. The project I have in mind is huge.

Awesome sprites all around, especially the overworld! May I use these in a fan game I am making? It centers around Marle and Magus and, of course, Schala, and is so far set in Zeal Kingdom.

These are..awesome. I'm actually using some in a Barbie Explorer spin-off except it's with Schala and the ending isn't a cliffhanger.

That is pretty good. One thing I'd change though, for the world map sprites, I think she should have more hair in the back/ponytail.
