Description
This is the final form of the Fallen One: Diablos. During the attack on Fortress Diablo on the Darkest Day, Maximus dueled the Fallen One in the inner chamber of the station. When most of the Fallen One's energy was depleted, he dragged Maximus into the fortress core (which was the Eden Galaxy's galactic core) and absorbed the near infinite power of the singularity. This boost was enough to reveal his true form: Diablos, King of the Abyss. (Yes, the YGO card, except with a sword) In the first few moments of the final battle, Diablos beat down Maximus till his will to fight was almost lost. However, through the positive energy he was able to draw from the galaxy and universe around him, Maximus was able to transform into his final form as well and matched Diablos' size and power. The stalemate was broken when Maximus, as prophesied, summoned the Book of Eden, Eden's most powerful and sacred relic, and banished Diablos back into the Abyss. The power of the Book of Eden destroyed Fortress Diablos, and the remaining enemy forces fell into the singularity. After several thousand years of conflict spurred by the Fallen One's influence, Eden was finally at peace.
