The Hated Waiting Game, sounds like one of those TV game shows. Strangely, I didn't have to wait long before I was allowed to play M15+ video games. I started playing the GTA series at 9-10 and nobody seemed to care... in fact they wanted to play too! Nice Arcanine btw.
