Clearly a friend of LulaMoon.Original drawing by myself. Color vector version by Dentist73548.
Was originally a unicorn (and I have that version somewhere) but the resemblance to Roseluck was too good to pass up.

Considering it's already titled "Tuxedo Rose" and the reference to "LulaMoon", I would say yes. ^^
Looks really great, her color makes a great contrast to the classy clothes. And her cutie mark is hilariously fitting. Rose is best pony!
