Description
One of the primary protagonists in my project, Ares is the supreme ruler of Areios Drakonis, the dragon kingdom, and the lord of Haimos Palace. He was the hero who defeated Lucifer in the Demon Wars. Despite Zeus's disdain and general dislike of him, Ares maintained an honorable reputation among the magical kingdoms and fought for a more unified allegiance among the ruling worlds. Chief among his allies were Athena, Hermes, Thor, and Tyr. Zeus, however, remained in constant opposition to Ares's plans. In the centuries following Lucifer's defeat, Ares pursued his twin sons, Deimos and Phobos, who were led astray by Enyo. Deimos devised the plot to purge Earth and the magical realms of the dragon mages, the descendants of Ares who were gifted with magical powers and the ability to 'speak' with dragons. The slaughtering eventually took the trio to the dragon kingdom where they were assisted by demon loyalists and Svartalfar agents. In the conflict, Aphrodite and Eros were killed by Deimos and Enyo, and Phobos was injured while he protected his mother. Despite Ares's best efforts to apprehend his vile son, Deimos remained under the protection of Lucifer's children on Sheol, the homeworld of the demons.

This is an updated version of my Ares. I wanted a more modern version of him which showed him having aged a fair bit in the last 15,000 years. This is what he will look like when Ender meets him.
