I ship these two despite that season four finale! Also, who else thought that was kinda a terrible way to end it? I mean, it just felt like it was fan service just for the sake of being fan service. I don't know, what do you guys think?

it was, there was in no way development between korra and asami, it feelt weird and out of the blue they were best friends and suddenly too close??

At least I'm not the only one who thought that! I don't really understand the Korrasami shipping. I mean, I ship them as friends, best friends, because I have close friends like that too (well, except for that season four ending). I felt it came on too suddenly as well, and when you compare it to the finale of The Last Airbender, it makes more sense for Aang and Katara because it was being built up through all three seasons, but Korra and Asami? Maybe just the last season, if at all! It made no sense and was totally unnecessary, it would have made more sense if they ended the show with Korra and Tenzin talking about how much Korra has changed and how much the world has changed, because THAT'S what should have been talked about, because Korra HAS changed and their world has changed, but nope! We're gonna end it with some fanservice shipping between two characters that had little to no chemistry at all! Great job Mike and Bryan! You really did terrible!

Exactly! This show was created by two GUYS, so obviously they wouldn't really know how it works between two girls. And probably they just wanted to add some yui/yaoi in because, well, they're GUYS, and guys like that stuff I guess, just how a lot of girls like boy on boy yaoi. It was so not necessary.

Exactly! I'm a girl and have a lot of close girl friends. I mean, we sometimes also hold hands and snuggle or whatnot but it's because we're girls and we do that kind of stuff. I mean, I'm straight and my friends are straight, so just because two girls hold hands it DOES NOT mean they're in a relationship together. It might just mean that they're very close, but not together. Those writers have no idea what they're doing. As of now, though, I think I officially like Avatar the Last Airbender MUCH more than Legend of Korra, probably because of how crappy the finale was for LOK.

Too true. That's the way it always is with a lot of movies/shows, we'll always love the original series more than the remake/reboot. Perfect example is the Original Star Wars Trilogy, I'll always love that one more than the terrible prequels, which by the way crushed my soul....
