I'm now on Patreon! Please consider supporting my art by becoming a Patron.I started doing some after-school work watching kids till their parents can pick them up. Instead of playing on their phones i'm trying to get the kids to do other things and so we've been drawing lately which has been tons of fun! All the kids want to draw is Godzilla, which i think is amazing that Godzilla is still cool to kids their age. So i took some time over the weekend to work on this image to bring back and show them. This is the first traditional pencil/inks image i've done in years and was tons of fun to work on.

This piece is stunning. Really enjoying how his immensity's being portrayed in relation to the ships in the background. The only mild critique I have is that the transparency effect makes his atomic breath look like it's coming from the side of his head rather than from inside his mouth. But other than that I really like it!

You got his spikes wrong, thats the 2014 design, the new movie changed his design up with some details. Other than that great work!

Yep, you've got me there! I did this one with traditional pen and ink and only realized there was a difference after i had inked everything, but i knew i wanted to do the glowing spikes and just hoped no one would notice or care. Good eye!

While the movie shows lack of caring the human characters (especially we dunno what happens to LT. Ford Brody), but visually the scale is epic. The Titans are very well redesigned in compare to the original Toho property owns.
So yeah Warner Bros. , please focus on both Humans and Kaijus in the next #Godzillamovie . 🤦♂️
Without an brief thoughts on a few downsides, Godzilla: King of the Monsters is a direct kickstart for audiences to enjoy the summer movies. My review for that will be 7.5 out of 10!

True enough, but other people and critics claimed that there’s less character development on the human factors. Hell, we don’t know what was Allen Jonah’s motives besides releasing the Titans for his own gain. That is of course you fill some flashback before the events of KOTM.

I noticed that about the human characters, but I went into this movie for one thing MONSTER BATTLE!!! So I left the theater with a huge smile 😄. 10/10
