Awesome - the clouds almost look like they're still moving. I love theΒ shades in this one.

Another beautiful photo. If I've to be fully honest, I prefer your photographies to your spaces' works: they're nice, too, but they've a feeling of un-realistic, slighlty dreaming, something, while you're photos have sharper contours and a more definited aspect. I can understand the look-towards-the-sun pleasure: I'm partial to it myself, and I've to be careful to avoid having my eyes becoming even weaker than they're actually.

Carrot Salad?
It's always cool when the clouds make a natural filter like that. Sometimes you can see sunspots, if there are any. Not that I recommend looking at the sun unprotected

Some friends of mine have little telescopes with H-Alpha filters, I get to see them at star parties sometimes. Those filters let you see some solar prominences and really awesome surface detail. They come with a huge pricetag though
I have a white light filter for one of my telescopes, not quite as cool but still awesome to see. I forget what number welders glass you're supposed to use to look at the sun, I have a piece somewhere, but it's a cool inexpensive way to do some safe solar viewing
