I've seen this before. Awesome photo, but I'd delete it and repost it with a link to the original if you know how- as it is a copy-right violation possibly, but regardless, someone will eventually flag it.
The location, as I recall, is the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State, USA. If not, it all looks like that out there. Pick a day with a little bit of sun, and go for a walk with a camera; everything there looks like this, no kidding.
