This made me catch my breath in immediate emotional response — what an evocative composition! The redness of the tissue over the tear duct suggests weeping has been happening for a while; the dark drop of oil spilling is a nice mechanical touch. My favorite part, however, has to be the eye itself — the centerpiece of the work: the metal delicacy of the eyelashes and the wonderful camera lens detailing of the iris are stunning. And I love the way the antique tintype-treatement of the clockwork "skin" balances old against cutting-edge futuristic. The themes of humanity versus technology are very apparent in this work; I am reminded of some of the themes explored in the world of Cyberpunk, as well as in the movie Metropolis.

WOAH This made my eyes go wide!  This is crazy insane!! Beautiful beautiful work I can only imagine how long it took.  
To me its creepy yes beautiful at the same time and i loved that you kept the corner of the eye the same color. Adds to the creepiness hah
