I finally got the look of the 'L' agent uniform down right. And I'm very happy with the outcome. It's perfect for how Evil Ty's constructed, overall. I like how it looks with his Wirewolfized right arm especially. The agent uniform really compliments his build more than I thought it would. Makes him look just intimidating enough to pass as Evil Buzz's top agent.

Anyways, I had scribbled a bunch of new notes on here, but once I turned it into the negative format (which I originally planned for), I had to remove them. You couldn't read my scribbles. So, I'll put 'em down here, instead:

1.) Half of his brain is mechanized, pretty much required to run the robotic right half of his body. It also tends to give him an unpredictable split personality.
2.) His entire right side is like a shield. Made of Wirewolf's 'organic' armorillium plating, it's bulletproof, laserproof, and nearly indestructable.
3.) His left side is almost entirely human. The only part that changed was his heart, which adapted to circulate a bizarre cocktail of hydraulic fluid and blood through his body.
4.) As an agent of Evil Buzz, he keeps plenty of storage on his suit for tech items and stuff. He's very mechanically inclined, so he takes tools he made with him on raids, heists, and other such assignments.
5.) The object he's holding is one of his favorite creations: the SSO, or Spy Surveillance Orb. It normally looks like a useless crystal ball. However after planting tiny spy cameras on walls or whatnot, he can use it to spy on anyone, anywhere, at any time. Since he's a cyborg, he can activate it mentally, ensuring that no one else on staff has the privilege of using his most valued creation.

Evil Ty Parsec is my idea. His personality, story, and the changes that add to his unique character design are mine. SSO device is copyright of me, ~TyParsec .
However, the good Ty Parsec, Evil Buzz, and Wirewolf characters, costume, and designs belong to Pixar/Disney.
