I came up with this gal recently.
Her name is Zyra.
she's a fanmade Shimmer and Shine character of mine. And you know when you go to sleep, you start going to your dream sequences? Well, I chose her to show up in my dream sequences every night as a ruler of a little made-up place called "Julie's Dreamland" She's cute and pretty comedic.
