In the brushes / sub tool pallet you can find a small icon in the upper left corner, a triangle with 3 stripes beside it. When you click on that choose "Import sub tool..." and select one of the brushes. The file extention for Manga Studio 5 and CSP is .sut
Besides it doesn't matter in which sub tool section (pen, pencil, watercolor) you import the brushes. The brush will stay in the category, but the displayed icon may differ -> a pencil brush in the watercolor section will show the pencil icon in the pallet... Well, I created them mostly as pencils, just so you know. ^^

After I click "Import Tool", you can't click the file! >.< Its frustrating cause it doesn't work for any of them! D:
I use Ver.1.3.1 346.4MB

Exactly! Actually it's pretty easy to create your own brushes, but a few month ago I didn't know how to do it either... There are some tutorial videos on youtube which are pretty useful, that's how I figured it out. The key is that you can choose your own brush tip in the brush preferences. To create a new brush tip you have to save it with "Register Image as Material...". It's hidden under Edit and don't forget to check "use for brush tip shape" or your image is pretty useless for brushes. After that it shows up in your library and you can pick it as a brush tip.
