Description

Fictional Japanese uniforms from the 1999 anime movie 'Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade'. Set in a setting where Germany won WWII and bombed japan with nukes in the same way as the US did in history. 
These people are part of the the Metropolitan Security Police 'Shutokei' a paramilitary counter-terrorist police force established separately from the Self-Defense Forces and the regular police.

The Characters are from left to right:
1: Isao Aniya, Director of the Metropolitan Police Defense Division (branch of the 'Shutokei')

2: Isao Aniya with coat
3: Shirou Tatsumi, Head of the Special Armed Garrison "Kerberos" (branch of the 'Shutokei')
4: Hajime Handa, Head of the Jin-Roh group (secret counterespionage unit within "Kerberos")

5: Corporal Kazuki Fuse, member of "Kerberos"

Nice work! But there seems to be something wrong with the belt with figures 4 and 5

Thanks No there isn't anything wrong with the belts if you're thinking of the loops. The jackets actually have sewn on loops for the belts, one on either side and one central in the back

Ah I see, interesting way to think of it. I'd recommend to distinguish those loops using shading, but that is wholly up to you
