How many different ways can Harvey Dent get his face messed up? Lots of versions and they are all usually pretty good. I just kinda wonder what writers think when they first sit down to write a Two-Face origin. I mean, you have to come up with something new. Something different that makes sense. But you gotta be clever about it. So, I dig watercolors. There's clearly an animated series influence here. The blue/green works well bleeding together and I think would loose something if I went with a burnt fleshy look. The fun part is once I get the colors down I go back over and ink it. Until then, I'm not really sure how it's going to turn out. I was pretty happy with the bleed of the flesh to the blue/green. The browns balance kinda well with the black and white. I don't know. Was a blast to paint.
