Haha I havent touched my color pencils for quite some time and I just finished Children of Mana on my DS so I decided to celebrate by drawing my favorite spirit; Dryad! XDOkay so in truth my favorite spirit is Undine and Gnome but I suck at them too much so i drew Dryad instead, who is easier to draw. XD
I'm really happy with how this turned out, seeing that I purely used color pencils to do this in about 5 hours. XD and... she's slanted only because I didnt notice i was drawing at an angle. ._. dammit.
Anyway! Plants grow towards the sun so that explains her being slanted, no? 8D
P/S: I miss Legend of Mana. D8

This drawing is exceptional. I like the way you shaped her ears and have the breasts pretty subtle as well. I never get the hair right when I try to draw so maybe I can take a note from you seeing how ya do it. The only qualm I have is a minor color issue; her arms should be the same color as the markings on her forehead, at least in official art it's rendered that way. Other than that, this drawing is pretty much perfect.

They actually do color her wrong on the actual DS, too (probably due to lack of color us use for a single sprite), but if you'd take a look at the official art you'd see the correct way. Regardless, it's still pretty nice.

Oh yes. I love that arc. Especially in the game. The whole OST for the game is great. I listen to it just about everyday. 
I especially love traveling around the mana tree. It's so beautiful.
