Again, after three months of the mental and physical conditioning she would have gone through, she wouldn't have enough energy to think, let alone cry.
Your art and comedy is great, and this is a very entertaining, interesting story, but it doesn't really work as a serious piece of Marine lore. Just my opinion, I'm okay with the silliness, which I enjoy, but really if she was still a mopey human at that point in training, she wouldn't be, because she would've either already been conditioned not to feel that way, or she would've died, the stress to exhausting to allow her to continue.
Trust me, people fall out of BUD/S (Navy SEALs training) because they just aren't mentally strong enough, and BUD/s is only a few weeks long. BUD/S wouldn't appear to be a fraction of Marine training, so I don't think she would've even been able to hold on through will alone at this point.
The real plot hole here is that life transitions like going from a civilian to a most supreme warrior takes a willingness, and if you're not willing, it'll show, and you won't make it.
Just keep that in mind for future work.

Well I kind of figured you would have grown a little bit more as a 4oK writer by know, because when I started writing this stuff I didn't get all the things that make it realistic.
I haven't caught up with the story yet, but I see it headed in (possibly) good directions.

she had met with choas marines, she might be tainted with choas, or maybe a sleeper agant cultist, the inquisition usally just kills them to be safe, hopefully she stays under the rader until she get important enought not to kill outright
