One of the youngest sharp shooters in the Autobot ranks, Arcee's reputation in her short years of service is one that has caught the attention of even the Wreckers. She could have chosen to transfer to any high profile Autobot sub-group she wanted. But when circumstances led to the evacutation of all of Cybertron, well, luck had her stuck in the same ship as Team Optimus. So here she is serving under Optimus Prime directly.
Don't be misled by her preference for the color pink, she is hardly the girly girl type. A soldier first, a female a way distant second. In fact she is kind of a stick in the mud who focuses more on her work than much of anything else. Not that she has the luxery to lossen up at this time, there are Decepticons to fight and a war to win.

I think the unique design allows the Cycle Sirens to twist their upper body to get more passing shots at a Decepticon like a tank's main gun.

Well it's sort of a Naruto and Sakura scenario, except here Bumblebee is not annoying or hyperactive and Arcee isn't prone to being a total bitch that whacks him every minute or so XD.
She's just not into the partly timid guy all that much, she is more of a soldier than he is.

No, there is this character from TF Armada called Sideways who actually switches factions on the fly in order to play both sides for suckers (he was really an agent for Unicron).

I did a little background research and found that the vehicle is called the Can-Am Spyder , it was apparently intended to appear in Revenge of the Fallen.

Well it did actually (or at least a vehicle similar to it), it was barely a nano click of screentime, some of the human soldiers in the Shanghai scene were coming out of the trailer riding on one or two...but that was it. Such a shame really.

Well you ain't missing much. There was this look into like 10,000 BC where you see the Fallen attack some prehystoric human hunters (with another one of Optimus' monologes), then it goes right to Shanghai.
